Return Window

At Eagleridge Woodworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we accept returns within a 14-day window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at adam@eagleridgewoodworks.com with the reason for your return and your request. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

At Eagleridge Woodworks, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you desire.

Defective or Damaged Item

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at the same email address, including photographs of the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems and ensuring you love your product.

Receiving your Refund

Refunds will be issued as store credit or back to the card used for your purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
